Package Management Fee

Package Management fees are charged at a standard rate of 11.5% to 15% of your Home Care Package subsidy. Package Management Fee covers the ongoing administration Fees and activities to coordinate your package including preparing monthly statements, managing your package funds, compliance and quality assurance activities required for a Home Care Package.

Care Management is an essential service that allows our care managers to holistically support your needs, health and lifestyle goals. This includes creating your personalised care plan, coordinating and managing your services, purchases and equipment, home modifications, advocacy and all meetings and communications with your care partners. You will be allocated a dedicated care manager who will work with you to work towards achieving your wellbeing and health goals. Our experienced care management team are passionate about helping the ageing population live happily and independently in the home and community they love. Our care managers are allocated a low case load to ensure every care recipient is supported throughout their home care journey.
