– A service that supports delivery of home care package (HCP) and cover administrative activities. The fee that fee we deduct from your HCP to cover the ongoing administration and organisational activities associated with your HCP, such as establishing and managing home care budgets, coordinating, and scheduling services and workers, preparing invoices & monthly statements, complying with regulatory and assurance activities.
A mandatory service. A fee we deduct from your HCP to cover the cost of providing you with Care Management. It includes regularly assessing needs and goal and preferences.
